Tenders are invited for Refurbishment and Extension of Calliaqua Anglican School

Description:

The BNTFO now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Refurbishment and Extension of Calliaqua Anglican School. The works include, but are not limited to the following:

i. The vertical expansion of the school to accommodate 3 additional classrooms and a
Principal Office. Estimated length of the extension is 100ft.
ii. Internal and External repainting of School and its environs.
iii. Installation and upgrading of rainwater goods.
iv. Refurbishment and/or upgrading of classrooms, including removable screens.
v. Refurbishment and/or upgrading of external and internal walls where necessary
vi. Refurbishment and/or upgrading of windows and doors where necessary
vii. Refurbishment and/or upgrading of roof system, including sheeting and eves, where
necessary.
viii. Refurbishment and/or upgrading of classroom floors.
ix. Refurbishment and upgrading all toilet facilities, inclusive of sanitary wares, electrical and
plumbing.
x. Refurbishment and upgrading of school grounds, inclusive internal drains

Bidding Documents may be obtained by eligible bidders from the first address below for a nonrefundable fee of $100.00 (XCD).

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of $2, 000.00 (XCD). The security instrument (cheque or bond) shall be made in the name of the Accountant General.
