The RM of Headingley (RM) is requesting Proposals (Proposal) for weekly clear or blue bag recycling collection and processing services in the area as shown on the attached map. The RM is seeking a service provider who will be proactive in helping the RM manage recyclables in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. The RM of Headingley wishes to increase the diversion of materials currently going into the landfill. It is intended that the service provider will be the driving force behind the growth of recycling activity and increased diversion rates, working in partnership with the municipality, staff, Multi-Material Stewardship Manitoba (MMSM) and area residents.
