The purpose of the contract is to cover the cardiac surgery activities of the Brugmann University Hospital requiring the use of extracorporeal circulation techniques as well as qualified personnel: perfusionists. This contract covers the entire service of infusion for procedures and treatments. The successful bidder will be entrusted by the Brugmann University Hospital with the role of exclusive service provider for all infusion services and stand-by procedures for the following interventions, on the Horta site or the two sites for ECMO (Horta and Brien): 1.Heart surgery: 1.Surgical myocardial revascularizations 2.Valvular surgeries 3.Pericardium surgeries 4.Surgery of large intrathoracic vessels 5.Surgery congenital heart defects at all ages 6. Cardiac assistance: IABP, ECMO 7. Pediatric heart transplants 2.Interventional cardiology at the request of a doctor 1. Coronary Dilations/Stenting 2. Therapeutic gestures endovascular (coarctation dilatation, CIA/IVC closures, etc.) 3. Mitral dilatations The perfusionist activity requires a team of at least three perfusionists. The successful bidder must therefore be able to propose a team of at least two perfusionists that he will coordinate.
