The purpose of the upcoming procurement is to sign an agreement with a Supplier who can provide a dynamic and user-friendly Recruitment system based on defined roles that support the E-health authority's recruitment work. IT and information security must pervade the recruitment system.
This one procurement refers to a software solution. That is, the E-health authority wants the Recruitment System to be delivered as SaaS (Software as a Service) and to be a cloud-based solution.
The goal is for the Recruitment System to:
Facilitate for all users HR, managers, employees and candidates i all stages of the recruitment process.
Strengthen the E-health authority's employer brand and contribute to a positive experience for candidates and employees.
Ensure compliance with laws and guidelines, including GDPR, archiving requirements and accessibility directives.
Have high user-friendliness and availability for administrators, users and candidates.
