The economy of care in others in Morocco is constantly growing but below its potential and very oriented towards the needs of the higher income tranche, while the services accessible to the middle and less favored classes are limited and unequally distributed in the territory. According to macro-emulations carried out by the ILO for Morocco, there is a potential for creating employment of 1, 957, 000 divided between direct childcare jobs, direct long-term care jobs, and indirect jobs. [1] Morocco already has a set of strategies and laws supervising the sector. However, in order to achieve the full potential of this sector and maximize the impact in terms of liberation from women's time and their empowerment, the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and the Family is launching a process of developing a strategy strategy national promotion of economics and care of care in others. The mission, the object of this call, aims to contribute to the development of this strategy through a methodological flaw, situational analysis, strategic reflection, development of political options, Development of a structure, writing and development of support documents.
