The financial and legal documents prepared by the institution for this purpose and in accordance with the Contracts Law /51/ of 2004 are as follows: - Initial insurance is 200, 000 Syrian pounds only, two hundred thousand new Syrian pounds and nothing more - Final insurance: (10%) of the total contract value - The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is 60 days from The day following the last date for submitting offers - Delay fines: one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that the delay fines do not exceed (20%) of the total value of the contract.
