The subject of the order is the reconstruction of a residential premises at ul. W. Rodzieskiego 85/1 in Piekary lskie along with accompanying works resulting from the decision of PINB No. 26/2025 of April 28, 2025, consisting of, among others: on: - reflection, supplementation of internal plasters, - double painting of all walls and ceilings, - installation of cold water, hot water and sanitary water, - installation of ventilation in a separate bathroom and kitchen, - installation of central heating, - dismantling existing electrical installation, - installation of electrical installation in the premises, - preparation of all surfaces for painting, - removal of existing door joinery from the wall; delivery and installation of brand new door joinery. Double doors leading into residential premises characterized by a heat transfer coefficient of 6W/m2K and anti-burglary resistance class, - carving out existing window joinery from the wall; delivery and installation of new window joinery with heat transfer coefficient U=0.9W/m2K, including works orderly
