The B3x pavilions, located in the URBANISTS 1 district, in the northern zone of the Sart Tilman Campus, were built at the start of the campus' development. Some of them are destined to be demolished and rebuilt, in several phases. This market consists of rebuilding, on the initial locations of B3b, f and g, two new wooden structure pavilions, insulated in accordance with current standards, covered with zinc cladding and heated by heat pumps. The former pavilions B3b, f and g will have previously been demolished, the technologies powering the other pavilions still in use (electricity, data, etc.) will have previously been temporarily moved. The new pavilions will accommodate offices, meeting rooms and rooms of course, respecting the original urban planning and landscaping. Some of the surrounding pavilions remain occupied for the duration of the project. The site is wooded and the trees must be protected during the construction period.
