This procedure concerns a retender of a previously published tender procedure for the realization of the EVA stable. As a result, the tender documents, including this guideline, have been revised and adjusted in parts. Dairy Campus in Leeuwarden is the national research and innovation center for dairy farming of Wageningen Livestock Research (WLR), part of the Wageningen Research Foundation (WR). Here, science, business and education work together on practical and... sustainable solutions for the dairy sector with attention to, among other things, smart farming, emission reduction, biodiversity and circular energy. To maintain this role as a leading center of expertise, the realization of a new, emission-free and autonomous one is necessary stable (EVA stable) necessary.
