INVITATION TO BID
1. The Province of Cebu, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php2, 887, 290.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of SANDALS (mat.: ethyl vinyl acetate or EVA), 13, 749 pairs, for distribution to students of the Provincial and City Schools Division, SY 2023-2024 under Re-Advertisement No. 23-041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
