Description
Sports Officials contract for RAF Mildenhall/Lakenheath Fitness Center Intramural and Varsity Sports Program. Contract will provide certified officials for the following sports - flag football, basketball, soccer, volleyball and softball. Officials must be in sport specific attire, proper tools to officiate, and knowledge of sport they officiate. Please utilize the quote sheet and go off the CLIN structure in the quote sheets and the combo when submitting quotes. If you can't submit quotes on the quote sheet please submit on the Attachment 1 Combo. Do not use the CLIN structure on Attachment 2 - Performance Work Statement.
