Qualification procedures are established by kind of works and provides a dynamic management of the suppliers portfolio. In this way Elia can regularly qualify new contractors and valorize the performances of existing contractors. Within this framework Elia also wishes to optimize the contract management during the execution phase of investment projects as example of categories of works:— powerlinks line works, — powerlinks cable works, — substation civil works, — substation electrical works, — painting and protective-coating work of structures, — fibre-optic connections building construction work, — electrical installation work.
