Object of the contract
INTRO. The aim is to establish a list of qualified companies (actors) who can carry out construction, construction and renewal tasks for Bandeanmark, which are offered in total contract. The tasks include work on Banedanmark's areas and other areas where Banedanmark performs tasks. The workers will, as a rule, refer to Banedanmark's infrastructure, but there may also be composite proses, see also section. 3) below; Part VI.3, Item. 1); and Banedanmark's "Guidance on Qualification System for Total Contracts." 1) Applicant CompetenciesTo be admitted to the scheme, it is a requirement that certain minimum requirements are met. These are described in Part III.1.9). It is a requirement that applicants possess competencies in the performance of full-time contracts, as well as applicantscompetencies within each of the professional disciplines that apply for admission to the specialization scheme, cf. section 2 below. In addition, it is a minimum requirement from Bandeanmark's side that applicants possess radar competencies in the design of railways. It is irrelevant how these radars competencies were held, understood that no claims were made for ans0gers organization. An applicant can be included in the order in several constellations, cf. the instructions section. 1.4.1. Reference information must be stated in the ESPD, cf. Part III.1.9) and Section 3.2 of the Guidelines. 3) - 5); 2) Admission with specialization in certain professional disciplines. Students are admitted to the scheme within one or more professional disciplines for which the applicant has documented competencies-within Section III.1.9). This is indicated by ticking in a schema attached to the application (Schedule A), which of the following professional disciplines are requested for admission to the specialization within :: Complete railroad including: track, ground, bridge, fuse, steel frame and roof rail: Complete rail including: track, ground, bridge, fuse, steel stream:: Spore building, : Sporny building, : Earth and concreteworks in connection with railway projects, including dredging, drainage and / or pipeline work, as well as work in connection with contaminated soil and handling related environmental requirements: Structures relating to railway projects, including bridges, tunnels, stations and / or platforms: K0restroom work in connection with track projects including master and mastics, etc.: Fuse technology-works: Clearing and degradation including handling of related environmental requirements. Minimum level of discipline and more. 3) CPV coding part II.2.2) It is noted that a given tender typically will not include all the additional CPV codes indicated. . The applicant is based on his / her economic and / or professional form on one or more other economic entities, this must be stated in the applicant's ESPD, and these units must each submit a self-contained ESPD, cf. the instructions section8 and 9. It is a requirement that the entities on which the applicant bases his economic and / or professional form are not covered by the exclusionary grounds in the Public Procurement Act section 135-137, cf. section 5 of the Guidelines. Section 138 of the Public Procurement Act relating to documentation for reliance is also applicable; 5) Language of registration may be made in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or English; 6) Importance of admissionOptaThe qualification scheme does not mean that the total contract (TE) is guaranteed tasks for Banedanmark. Admission to the scheme implies that TE may be invited to bid for specific total assignment assignments based on one or more of the disciplines of which TE has been admitted to specialization within cf. paragraph 2 above.
