CIE and its insurance broker wish to establish a Qualification System for a panel of suitably qualified and authorized insurance underwriters from whom quotations and terms of cover will be sought as and when specific policies arise for renewal. Sub-Panels may be established for particular categories of cover. It is planned to have the Qualification System established by 22 September 2018 and to hold the first competition for the provision of Employers' Liability insurance for the CIE Group shortly thereafter.
