Description: Description of the Assignment is part of Team Legal Affairs and Crisis Management. The department consists of three senior purchasing advisors, a purchasing advisor, a purchasing employee, a contract manager and a process manager ICM. You advises on purchasing and tendering and guides (European) tendering processes for both individual clients and multidisciplinary teams within the water board. You monitor quality and progress on the purchasing and procurement files. Overall data assignment is for 36 hours per week. The end date of the hiring period is 23 April 2024, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of twice (for a fixed period) and a maximum hiring period of 24 months including the initial hiring period. All requesting the Hollandse Delta Water Board via the Dynamic Purchase System (DAS) concern new hiring. Extensions of already present hiring are not requested via the DAS. The location is Ridderkerk.
