Tenders are invited for Purchase of Wood Workshop Machines & Sawmill Spare Parts
1. Forest Inventory Equipment/Tools (Clinometer, Height Meter, GPS, Cali per)
2. Mobile Phones with Brief Case Handle, Protection Cover, Power Bank, and SD Card,

Bid document price: Birr 100.00
Bid bond: Birr 20, 000.00

A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested bidders from the date of this announcement in 'The Ethiopian Heralup on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 100.00 (One Hundred) during working hours from our Head Office, 4th floor, Office No.406, located around Kebena Shell.
Bidders should submit currently renewed license for 2013 EFY, VAT & Tax Registration certificate, and supplier list registration certificate.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting birr 20, 000.00 (twenty thousand) for Forest Inventory Equipment/Tools and similar amount (20, 000.00 /twenty thousand/) for Mobile Phones in the form of CPO/unconditional bank guarantee/ issued by a recognized domestic bank in Addis Ababa.
All bidders must provide a separate Financial offer including detailed technical specifications as required in its original & copy; bid security; and supporting documents each in a separate wax sealed envelope and all documents must be again sealed in one big envelop duly marking the inner envelope as "original" and "copy"
Bidders should submit their offer to OFWE's Head Office on/or before July 23, 2021 (ሀምሌ 16 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም") 10:00 AM and the bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date at 10:30AM.
It is impossible for any bidders to quote bid price depending on price offered by any other bidder.
Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened.
OFWE reserves the right to reject or accept the bids partially or fully.
