The subject of the procurement is separately ordered window washing, top dust cleaning and basic and maintenance cleaning of properties located in the city of Vantaa. The procurement is divided into two (2) different sub-areas: Sub-area 1. Up-dust cleanings, basic cleaning and window washing services Section 2. Maintenance cleaning Each section is compared separately. The provider can offer all areas. The bidder can make only one bid per sub-area. Alternative offers are not allowed. The customer chooses a maximum of three (3) contract suppliers in order of preference for each area.
