Purchase of vouchers for 2026 The purpose of this procedure is to obtain paper-based gift vouchers that meet the legal requirements for the purpose of supporting the elderly living in the district. Gift certificate: CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax. law (a hereinafter: Sja. tv.) According to § 4, paragraph (2) point a), a paper marked as a gift voucher, which is referred to in Szja. TV. In accordance with § 69, paragraph (3), it can be determined beyond doubt which product, service, or can be used in the scope of a product or service and complies with Sz. TV. of all the conditions stipulated in paragraph (3) of § 69. Gift vouchers must be suitable for at least all of the following purchases: they must be usable for the purchase of hot food, food not ready for consumption, chemical goods, cleaning products during redemption at an acceptance point located within the administrative boundaries of Budapest. Place of acceptance: in a contractual relationship with the issuer of the offered voucher, a natural person or legal entity that distributes at least one of the products listed above. The tenderer notes that in this case it examines and evaluates usability only with regard to the exchange points in Budapest. The tenderer records, that it is not possible to deviate from the territorial restriction, given that the Bidder wishes to support the elderly living in the district who have reached the age of 65 with the gift certificate.
