According to Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "On Public Procurement of Goods (Work, Services)" Entities engaged in entrepreneurial activities included in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 232012 "On some measures to prevent illegal minimization of amounts of tax liabilities" in the register of commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs with an increased risk of committing offenses in the economic sphere. This product (sugar) is in the list of foreign goods(annex to the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated March 17, 2016 No. 206), in respect of which the condition for their admission to participation in state procedures is established, therefore, in preparing and placing the proposal, we ask you to be guided by the Council Regulation Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2016 № 206. The participant in the first (first) section must declare the country of origin of the goods, and in Section 2 (second), provide the Certificate of Origin of the goods.
