Starter lead-acid batteries - 285 units. The purchasing entity foresees the maximum value of the purchase contract (i.e. the maximum amount of funds allocated for the purchase) for the period of the Goods order - EUR 54800 without VAT and the value of the initial contract will be equal to the maximum amount of funds allocated for the purchasewithout VAT for the purchase of the goods specified in the purchase documents and the purchase contract at the prices specified in the supplier's offer without VAT. The purchasing entity provides the right to purchase items not provided for in the contract, but related to the subject of the contract, the total value of which during the entire period of validity of the contract is up to 10cents from the initial contract price II.2.5
