The subject of the Order is the successive delivery of spare parts for wind farms of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in the SWZ and under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute an annex to the SWZ and other tender documentation.2. The order was divided into 3 parts breakdown by manufacturers of installed wind turbines: Part 1: Purchase of spare parts compatible with GE and Alstom turbines; Part 2: Purchase of spare parts compatible with SGRE turbines; Part 3: Purchasing turbine compatible spare parts Vestas3. The Ordering Party envisages concluding an Agreement with one Contractor for each Part of the procedure, but allows for the possibility of concluding several Agreements with the same Contractor for several Parts.4.
