Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical apparatus (dental units, hemodynamic monitor, autorefractorateometer, cardiomonitor headquarters, lower limb massage vortex, pulsoximeters, gateway).
2. The order of the contract consists of 7 parts whose detailed description, assortmentand the quantity includes Annex 1A to SWZ - price form and Annex 1B to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), which the contractor attachs to the offer. The Contractor, by completing the indicated items in Annex 1B to SWZ- OPZ, confirms the fulfillment of the requirements specified by the Employer.
3rd, the implementation of the subject of the contract is determined by the draft contract, part 1 (one -off delivery) and draft contract part 2 (Successive deliveries) - Annex 3 to SWZ.Free from material, construction and legal defects.
5. The order items must be approved for marketing and use in accordance with applicable law.
6. The order of the contract must comply with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws 2012.974 of2022.05.09).
