Delivery of laboratory reagents and provision of other consumables required for laboratory tests in a total of 9 parts, within the framework of a 12-month fixed-term sales contract, in total: 1, 846, 550 tests/12 months, 97, 678 pieces/12 months, 760 boxes/12 months, 8, 200 tubes/12 months, 11 liters/12 months, 12cartridges/12 months.

In the case of parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, the reagents and consumables are procured by placing the machines necessary to carry out the tests, in the case of parts 5, 7, 8, they are owned by the contracting authority purchase the consumables for the device, in the case of part 9, purchase the consumabless is done without placing the machine.

1. part: Reagents for clinical chemical tests with the placement of 2 machines suitable for carrying out the tests: a total of 1, 540, 800 tests/12 months,

2. part: Reagents for emergency immunochemical tests with the placement of 2 machines suitable for carrying out the tests: total17, 500 examinations/12 months.

3. part: Reagents for haematological tests with the placement of 2 machines suitable for carrying out the tests: a total of 112, 000 tests/12 months.

4. part: Haemoglobin A1C test reagents with the placement of 1 machine suitable for performing tests: a total of 20, 000 tests/12month,

5th part: Conducting allergy tests with own machine: a total of 36, 250 tests/12 months. There is no machine placement.

Part 6: Urine tests with the placement of 2 machines capable of performing the tests: a total of 120, 000 tests/12 months.
