Rauma City's technical department's facility services is requesting bids for the solar power system of the fish port in accordance with this request for bids and the attached documents. The photovoltaic system is purchased on a Turnkey basis, installed in full condition, tested and measured. All purchases and work presented in the plans are included in the contract, including construction technical work, lifting and other auxiliary work, as well as the purchase, erection and dismantling of scaffolding during work. Contract location: Rauman Kalasatama Anderssonintie 2, 26100 Rauma A total of 6.0 kWp ON-GRID solar panel system with a total area of approximately 40.8 m2. The contract period begins when the procurement decision is legally binding. The contract must be completed and approved by 30 October 2026. The work is considered completed when even the last deficiencies that may have been detected in the inspections have been corrected and the corrections have been received with approval, and the documentation has been completed for the contractor. The selected contractor has the role of the main contractor in the project and is therefore also responsible of all the main contractor's obligations. The screening of the object will take place on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 14:00. The bidder must participate in the screening of the object before submitting the offer. If the bidder does not participate in the screening, the bid will be rejected against.
