The assignment consists of: 1. The supply, installation and maintenance of A-brand AV equipment using the Service concept, in accordance with Appendix 5; AV Resources Program of Requirements, for a one-off fixed amount for delivery and installation based on registration and a monthly amount forlord and maintenance. 2. Costs for installation, supportch replaced and reused or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. 5. Other supplies that are necessary for the correct functioning of the AV equipment. 6. Disassemble (including disposal of old audio and visual resources). 7. Providing solicited and unsolicited advice. 8. Providing user accessinstructions/training and support. 9. Providing maintenance, service and warranty.
