The Batangas State University (BatStateU) through the Bids and Awards Committee invites interested firms/supplier to submit quotation for the project -œPurchase of Fixtures and Equipment for HOSTEL of BatStateU ARASOF Nasugbu- with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) One Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php134, 850.00). Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening.

2. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate shall be attached upon submission of the quotation.
3. The quotation must be submitted (can also be send thru fax and email at the contact details listed above) to the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, 2nd Floor, Administration Building, GPB Campus I, Rizal Avenue, Extension, Batangas City and shall be received by the Committee on or before 5:00 PM of December 05, 2018.
4. The BSU reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and/or proposals and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to the agency and to the government. BatStateU neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
