Description : I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Supplier shall provide all necessary to supply, deliver, and install hardwood flooring for PSC Philsport Arena in Philsports Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City. The Supplier shall provide qualified personnel/technician(s) in installing the hardwood basketball flooring and provide Technical Training to PSC Personnel in installing the hardwood basketball flooring system.
II. SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
The date of the commencement of the contract is upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Delivery period 90 Calendar days.
III. SCOPE OF WORK
1. Delivery and Installation of Portable Hardwood Flooring and other materials necessary in the installation of the system.
2. Application of Anti-Termite System.
3. Application of Logo and line Markings.
IV. TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
