1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task consisting in the purchase of equipment for the Care and Treatment Facility in Małkinia Gorna under contract No. KPOD.07.08-IP.10-0115/24/KPO/569/2025/21 for support from the development plan for the project "Development of care long-term care in the Ostrow district by creating a Care and Treatment Center in Małkinia Gorna. 2. The subject of the contract will be financed from the funds of the development plan of the project "Development of long-term care in the Ostrow district through the creation of a Care and Treatment Center in Małkinia Gorna implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system. Investment D4.1.1 "Development of long-term care through modernization of the infrastructure of medical entities at the district level. 3. Detailed description subject of the order - Technical parameters are specified in Annex No. 2 to this SWZ. Purchase of equipment for the Care and Treatment Center in Małkinia Gorna. Hospital bed with a passive anti-decubitus mattress - 20 pieces, Hospital bed with an anti-decubitus mattress - 15 pieces; Bedside cabinet - 35 pieces. Detailed description of the subject of the order - Technical parameters are specified in Annex No. 2 to this SWZ.
