TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Project duration is 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
2. The service provider will deliver, install, configure, and test the air-conditioning units per Centers and Residential Care Facilities.
3. Installation of the new ACU includes at least 10-30 feet of piping. In addition, wiring of the New ACU and a circuit breaker of at least 30AMPS or as determined by the service provider shall be included in the project.
