Purchase of a custom-made disinfection car Ensuring the provision of veterinary disinfection services, with two-stage production in accordance with the legislation, manufactured or prepared in accordance with the technical description, with a special structure and A new, white truck with mechanical engineering, belonging to vehicle category N3 according to the KöHÉM regulation in force at all times, and capable of towing a trailer of category O3 must, among other things, meet the following parameters: - combined weight: max 16 ton - width: min. 2400 mm, max. 2500 mm - height: max. 3350 mm - length: max. 7900 mm It is a condition of the conclusion of the contract that the winning tenderer must have at least 1 specialist service in Hungary at the latest at the time of conclusion of the contract, which is suitable for the performance of repair tasks between workshop conditions in relation to the vehicle's superstructure. The availability of the specialist service(s) and the workshop conditions must be confirmed by a signed statement to the winning tenderer at the time of the conclusion of the contract at the latest. Present failure to do so shall be considered a withdrawal from the contract by the winning bidder and the contracting authority may apply § 131 (4) of the Civil Code.
