Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy is asking for offers regarding the furnishing of the club premises. Heka furnishes Club facilities after the renovation or new building is completed. In addition, Heka renews the furniture of some old club premises or acquires additional furniture to the club premises. The furniture does not have to meet the requirements of public space furniture, but it should withstand wear and be long-lasting. The acquisition is divided into two areas. Two framework contract partners are selected for each sub-area, of which the first works as the actual editor and the second is the deputy editor. PART AREA 1 The procurement includes the interior design of the clubhouse, the delivery and installation of the furniture and the appropriate recycling of the packaging materials. In the destination address, you can to have one or more furnished club spaces. There are approximately 13 objects to be furnished annually. The sizes of the club premises vary from around 30-85 m2. The furnishings are planned according to the budget given in advance and can also be used in the implementation recycled furniture. PART AREA 2 The object of the procurement is individually procured furniture for club premises. The furniture is bought new. Purchases are made either by members of resident committees with purchase commitments or ordered by a Heka representative. With RESPONSIBILITY the procurement aims to reduce the negative environmental effects of procurement.
