1. The subject of the contract is the purchase (delivery) of a factory new, free from physical and legal defects, a car together with specialized buildings and equipment for the transport of specialized equipment for the City Guard of the Capital City of Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle", in accordance with the descriptionsubject of the order/technical offer, constituting Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ".
2. Personal or truck car, marked as a police car must be adapted to transport a minimum of 2 (two) people.
