The applicant wishes to purchase Hungarian and foreign language books published in Hungary and in any country in the world between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, as well as books that help language learning, with delivery and related services.
Printed books in Hungarian
A maximum of 25, 000 printed Hungarian-language books published in Hungary and in any country in the world, excluding Hungarian and foreign purchase of language (bilingual) dictionaries and language books in the amount of HUF 78, 000, 000. Bidder's obligation for the purchase of 18, 750 books undertakes. The tenderer must compulsorily offer for purchase the publications in Hungarian published between January 1, 2026 and December 14, 2026, listed in the list of mandatory publishers included in the Public Procurement Documents, as well as those of other publishers not included therein. The offer is demonstration copies (at least 5, 000 copies), by transmitting the bibliographic data of the books - in an agreed format defined in the xML standard - in the framework of online data exchange.
Printed books in foreign languages
The tenderer's task is to produce a domestic or foreign publication in a foreign language and the acquisition of non-fiction books, excluding language books and dictionaries - no more than 1, 290 - regardless of the time of publication, in the amount of HUF 8, 600, 000.
