Tender Details

The purpose of this market is the purchase and supply of horticultural products intended for the needs of the community. It is broken down into five distinct lots: Lot No. 1: Supply and delivery of annual, biennial, chrysanthemum plants, as well as flowering of hanging planters; Lot No. 2: Supply and delivery of shrubs, conifers, perennials, grasses and rose bushes; Lot No. 3: Acquisition of various horticultural supplies; Lot No. 4: Supply and delivery of bulbs and onions; Lot n°5: Supply and delivery of annual and biennial plants grown in modular horticultural mats. Candidates can bid for one or more lots. Each lot will result in the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, accompanied by minimum and maximum annual amounts defined as follows: * Lot n°1: minimum 2, 000 excluding tax / maximum 30, 000 excluding tax, i.e. maximum 120, 000 excluding tax over 4 years; * Lot n°2: minimum €2, 000 excluding tax / maximum €30, 000 excluding tax, i.e. maximum €120, 000 excluding tax over 4 years; * Batch n°3: minimum €1, 000 excluding tax / maximum €10, 000 excluding tax, or maximum €40, 000 excluding tax over 4 years; * Lot n°4: minimum €1, 000 excluding tax / maximum €4, 000 excluding tax, i.e. maximum €16, 000 excluding tax over 4 years; * Lot n°5: minimum €5, 000 excluding tax / maximum €40, 000 excluding tax, i.e. maximum €160, 000 excluding tax on the total duration. The overall maximum amount of all prizes is set at €456, 000 excluding tax. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from its notification. It may be tacitly renewed three times for successive periods of one year, without its total duration exceeding four years.
