The inquiry concerns the purchase and installation of two complete photovoltaic installations on a ground structure with a total power of approx. 999.6 kWp. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the purchase of used devices. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers or variant offers. 4. Purpose of the subject of the order The installations in question are intended to partially balance the demand for electricity resulting from the Ordering Party's production processes, thus increasing energy efficiency and reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. 5. Location The installations will be placed on the ground area used by the Ordering Party on plots indicated in the formal documents referred to below. 6. Formal and legal conditions For the purposes of implementing the subject of the order, the Ordering Party has the following documents: a) Conditions Connections: • No. WP/054071/2025/O08R00 and • No. WP/093240/2025/O08R00; b) Technical designs; c) Building permit - decision No. 152/26 of April 14, 2026. 7.
