The Local Government Unit of Valderrama, Antique through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Location: Brgy. Ubos, Valderrama, Antique
Approved Budget for the Contract: a‚+/-500, 000.00 (Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Funding Source: 20% Development Fund in the 2019 AIP
Delivery Period: Forty-five (45) calendar days
Prospective Bidders must have experience of having completed one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the NSO consumer price indices with a value at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and have key personnel and equipment available for the implementation of the contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Instruction to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Act-.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorships, or organizations with at least seventy-five per cent (75%) interest of outstanding capital stock belonging to the citizens of the Philippines. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post-qualification.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC of the Municipal Government of Valderrama, Province of Antique and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (a‚+/-500.00). The Pre-Bid Conference is opened to all interested Parties.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address given below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
