PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A QUANTUM COMPUTER The subject of the public procurement is the purchase and installation of a fully integrated superconducting quantum computer with at least five qubits, with the associated dilution cooler, parametric amplifier, electronics for control and readout and comprehensive software to perform both low-level (pulse) operations and high-level (quantum gate) operations.
