Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of an in vivo Cherenkov radiation imaging system for the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer. 2. The subject of the contract is delivery, installation and clinical implementation Cherenkov radiation imaging system, enabling real-time monitoring of the administered dose and control of the patient's positioning during radiotherapy. The system allows visualization of the beam distribution on the patient's body and verification correct use of boluses and other accessories, and archiving video recordings of each therapeutic session. The device integrated with the SGRT system will be used in AOS, which will increase the safety and throughput of services. 3.Technical and functional parameters equipment are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The order also includes: 1) Delivery of the system (hereinafter referred to as the equipment SWZ) to the destination, 2)installation, commissioning, 3) connection of the supplied equipment along with integration with SGRT and accelerators being in the possession of the Ordering Party, 4) Ensuring system compatibility with medical documentation and DICOM standards. 5)Providing clinical updates consistent with new AAPM and IEC guidelines. 6) training of staff in the use of the system, interpreting Cherenkov images and reporting the results. 7) Handover of medical equipment for use along with all necessary approvals, certificates, software and perpetual software licenses...
