Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of this order includes delivery to the registered office of the ordering party to the address indicated in point. 1 specification of a brand new production year 2022 or 2023 of a three-axle truck with a double-chamber garbage truck body with a net cargo box capacity of min 19.5 m3 with division of chambers 70/30 for collection and transport of waste meeting the EURO 6 standard in terms of exhaust emissions in accordance with applicable law, as well as meeting the technical requirements specified in the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, taking into account the conditionstechnical terms specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended) and in the implementing regulations to this Act.
