Description of the proceedings: 1. The subject of the Order is the purchase and delivery of poroscopes to the Operator of Gas Pipelines Branch in Pozna? to the Operator of Gas Pipelines GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order has been specified in Annex No. 1 dabout the SIWZ. In addition, the essential conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the model contract constituting Annex 3 to the ToR. 3. The proper names provided in the descriptions are not intended to violate the principles of equal treatment and fair competition, and are only intended to specify the quality and technological expectationsEmployer. The Employer allows equivalent solutions provided that the same technological and performance level is met. Each application of an equivalent solution must be agreed with the Ordering Party. In the case of using standards in the description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party is authorized tosolutions equivalent to those described. 4. The Contractor is obliged to become acquainted with the provisions of the "Code of Conduct for Suppliers of Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A." and comply with its provisions.
