The Provincial Government of Batangas (PGOB) invites interested and eligible suppliers to bid for the project Purchase and Delivery of Janitorial Supplies {e.g., 1, 000 cans of Air Freshener (320ml) spray lemon; 800 cans of Air Freshener (275ml); 1, 000 cans of Air Freshener 1N refill (175g/269ml); 300 bottles of Alcohol (500ml); 69 bottles of Air Humidifier Essential Oil (Oil Base 100ml); etc.} for use of the Office of the Provincial General Services Officer, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Five Million Three Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-One Pesos Only (₱5, 338, 491.00), chargeable against the General Fund.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
