Tender Details

Purchase and delivery of heating oil to the Rolling Stock Maintenance Point in Wągrowiec 1. The subject of the order is the sale by the contractor to the Ordering Party of fuel oil for space heating and water at the PUT Wągrowiec location, meeting the requirements relevant applicable Polish and European standards and the requirements specified in Annex No. 2 to the Contract Template - "Quality requirements for supplied fuel oil" (hereinafter referred to as "Fuel oil") and the delivery of fuel oil to an underground tank specified in detail in Annex No. 1 to the Contract Template - "Underground tank" (hereinafter referred to as the "Tank") located in the location referred to in section 2, estimated quantity: 205, 200.00 liters. 2. The Contractor is obliged to deliver fuel oil based on for orders placed by the Ordering Party (hereinafter "Orders"), to the Underground Reservoir located in Wągrowiec at ul. Leśna 1D, 62-100 Wągrowiec. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place Orders no more than once a calendar month. 4. The Ordering Party will each time specify in the Order: the date and time of delivery and the volume of the requested delivery of heating oil. The deadline for completing the placed Order will be between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. 5. The contractor is obliged to deliver Fuel oil using road tankers or other means of transport intended for the transport of hazardous materials. The Contractor is obliged to unload fuel oil only...
