Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of disposable medical equipment for the Podkarpacie Emergency Medical Station in Mielec. Package No. 1 includes supplies of the following products: syringes, needles, venflons, catheters, masks: for oxygen, nebulization, laryngeal filters, endotracheal tubes, resuscitators, laryngoscope blades, consumables, papers, small medical equipment, splints, orthopedic collars.2. The Contractor is obliged to successively deliver the subject of the order at his own expense risk to the Ordering Party's headquarters.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Price Forms and Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ Draft contract.
