Object of the contract :
the purpose of this consultation is to manage the sub-contracted operation of a food kiosk, whose activity is designed to meet the needs of the public seaside service on the beaches of siagne., 04 square meters. - small refreshment. The term of this contract is 1 year (provisional), from its date of effect, without tacit renewal. The contract shall enter into force onjanuary 2018 to end december 31, 2018 (provisional). The procedure for the award of the future public service delegation contract is governed by the provisions of articles l.1411-1 and r 1411-1 and following of the general code of territorial collectivities, ordinance 2016-65 of 29 january 2016 relating to concession contracts and decree 2016-86 of 1 february 2016 relating to concession contracts and decree no2006-608 of 26 may 2006 on beach concessions, by the provisions of the general code of property of public persons. The procedure shall be carried out in compliance with the rules applicable in accordance with article 10 1 of decree no 2016-86 of 1 february 2016 relating to concession contracts.
