the Municipality provides the Delegate with a real estate complex consisting of the following properties: - 1 building used as a casino including: 1 games room (table games and slot machines), 1 restaurant room with bar and dance floor, technical premises. - 1 house for office use, with direct access to the interior of the casino building. - 12 parking spaces located in front of the casino entrance - 1 annex building including 1 cinema room with 173 seats and 6 places reserved for people with reduced mobility and 1 seminar room with a capacity of 100 peoples with shared entrance with the cinema room. The concessionaire will be responsible for the operation of the goods made available to it according to the conditions set by the consultation specifications for a period of 8 years from October 1, 2024
