The health management wishes to use a consultancy in order to support the implementationtwo complementary strategic initiatives. On the one hand, assess current national hospital services and estimate future needs, in particular by exploring the possibility of creating new national services co -managed by all hospitals in disciplinesrequiring a concentration of skills. On the other hand, the modified law of March 8, 2018 relating to hospitals and hospital planning requires hospitals to request extension or renewal of their operating authorizations. ToViews of the latest authorizations issued, new authorizations will be necessary from January 1, 2026. This consultancy therefore aims to provide methodological and analytical support for these two stages.
