The contract concerns the supply of telephone sets, modernization, management and maintenance of the IP telephony system of the Parliament of Wallonia. More precisely, the contract mainly concerns: - the supply of telephone sets and/or replacement of those that have become obsolete; - the supply of two new physical servers to replace those that have become obsolete; - the recovery and evacuation of all obsolete equipment as part of the modernization of the system telephony; - the upgrade (installation and configuration) of the telephony management application, particularly in the latest existing version; - management and maintenance of the IP telephony system; - the provision of support technical.
