The successful consulting firm will be required to: • Conduct site investigations and prepare a feasibility report. • Prepare two (2) layout options for the Master and Subdivision plans, in accordance with the requirements of relevant agencies/authorities, the Municipal Corporation and the National Housing Trust for final selection. • Ensure compliance with the stipulations of all relevant agencies/authorities, the Municipal Corporation including NEPA-s Development and Investment Manual (2007). • Prepare a design rationale and planning report to support the subdivision layout plan(s).
