Tender Details

As part of the performance of the order, the contractor will implement:
1. Disassembly and reassembly of built-in cabinets;
2. Dismantling of coated floor coverings (carpets) from floors and plinths in m.no. 406, 407, 408, 409;
3. Sanding off adhesive residues on the underlying layers;
4. Dismantling of existing plinth insert strips;
5. Disassembly and reassembly of door thresholds, sanding and painting of wooden thresholds;
6. Installation of new insert plinths;
7. Leveling the substrate with a leveling trowel;
8. Laying of new carpets according to the color determined by VHU Prague;
9. Painting of office spaces and corridors on the 4th floor according to the documents of VHU Prague;
10.Door frame painting and hardware replacement (knob/knob, swivel ball/knob);
11. Replacement of lighting fixtures in the corridor and in m.no. 406;
12. Installation of a new lighting circuit, including a circuit breaker, switch and spot lighting in corridor No. 413;
13. Replacement of damaged suspended ceiling cassettes.
All materials used will be pregularly consulted and agreed upon by the client, user and VHU Praha.
Before starting work, all structures and elements in the affected area will be covered to avoid damage.
Before handing over the completed work, the affected areas will be thoroughly cleaned. The work will be carried out inof the scope of the measurement statement.
