Description : The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA or OCHA) has established field offices to facilitate the coordination of humanitarian response in Syria. Currently UNOCHA in Syria has country office in Damascus and three sub-offices in Homs, Aleppo and Qamishly. UNOCHA Syria is seeking to contract a Third-Party Technical Facilitators Monitoring service provider for hiring and administering 6 facilitators, for third party monitoring of projects funded through the Syria Humanitarian Fund. Under the overall supervision and guidance of OCHA the Facilitators will support the coordination of field monitoring, and information gathering and reporting of the humanitarian activities by working together with other UN, NGO staff and other humanitarian actors in the field. Purpose and Scope of Work Assignment: • The service provider will recruit, manage and administer Third-Party Technical Facilitators based on UNOCHA's request, according to the defined Terms of Reference.
